Point Play: is a fast moving, game based clinic. If you're looking to hit a ton of balls and get a great workout, Point Play is for you!
Cardio: A high energy and fast-paced tennis/fitness class. Includes important parts of doubles strategy through cardio based games, agility, footwork, and speed drills. With music and games that will challenge your stamina, this is a great way for men and women to get a full body, calorie-burning workout.
