WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You may pay in full at the beginning of the season or you may sign up for our Autopay program.

WHAT IS AUTOPAY?
A separate agreement must be filled out and signed for Autopay. Upon registration, installments without interest will be automatically deducted from your credit card. There is a $25 set up fee per person.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Trumbull Racquet Club accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR SIGNING UP MULTIPLE FAMILY MEMBERS?
There are no discounts for signing up multiple family members.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No make ups or credits for missed classes, lessons or season court play. This includes inclement weather and power outages.

WHAT IS YOUR INJURY POLICY?
If you are participating in a clinic or standing private lesson and become injured, you can bring in a doctor’s note stating the injury and inability to continue playing tennis. At that point, we will take you out of the clinic/lesson, and you will be credited for the amount of classes from that date going forward until the end of the season. Your spot will then become available for us to resell.
