Here are the steps you’ll follow to book a court through our online system, Racquet Desk:
1) Log In or Create a FREE Account here. If you already have an account at Trumbull Racquet Club via Racquet Desk but can’t remember your password, please do not create a new account. Instead, you can reset your password here. Please note: your email address is NOT your username. When you reset your password, you will be provided your username.
2) After logging in or creating your account, click the “Courtsheet” tab on the Facility navigation.
3) This will take you to the Courtsheet. Click in the date field and select your desired date to play. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
4) Click on an open time spot in the calendar that you wish to make your reservation, and the court you wish to play on. Please make reservations immediately before or after existing appointments in the calendar. Please try not to make new reservations that leave half-hour time blocks in between reservations on any one court. After making your selection, it will bring up the reservation page.
5) Verify the start time and enter an end time. Minimum reservation is 1 hour; Maximum is 3 hours.
6) Note: You will be prompted to select “Singles or Doubles” from the menu. It doesn’t matter which option you choose as it will not impact your reservation.
7) Note: You may add other customers or guests to your reservation if you wish (doing so will provide them an email confirmation once the reservation is confirmed). However, adding someone to the reservation does not change the billing (the court will be billed wholly to the person making the reservation - we cannot split the costs of the court between players).
8) Verify the court number you selected is correct.
9) Click Submit.
10) You will be sent an email confirmation that your reservation has been made.
IMPORTANT RULES & TERMS:
You may book reservations online up to 7 days in advance.
Credit card is required in order to make your reservation. Our rates are listed here. It will not be charged until 24 hours before your court time.
24-hour cancellation policy.
Maximum 1 reservation per person per day.
Minimum court reservation is 1 hour. Maximum court reservation is 3 hours.
**LASTLY: When booking, please make reservations immediately before or after existing appointments in the calendar. Try not to make new reservations that leave half-hour time blocks in between reservations on any one court.**
